Delivery Information:
We endeavor to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 10 'business' days of payment being received. Orders are sent via Australia Post service. New Zealand orders are sent via Australia Post Airmail.
Cost:
The cost of postage & handling is $4.95 for the first DVD and $2.50 for each subsequent DVD in the same order.
Order Cancellation:
Any paid orders not fullfilled and/or received within 14 days, customers will be notified and paid amounts will be refunded after 7 days of the 14 days of delivery time.
Due to the personalisation of the product, all sales are final.
